SPAM is a negative form of advertising and is HIGHLY disliked by the Internet community.
If you are a visitor and reader of the articles on this website, please refrain from making spamming comments otherwise you may be subject of legal actions against you.
When you subscribe to our customers newsletters, email list or other communications from our customers or from us, you will always have an option to unsubscribe immediately.
Spam is not only an email action. It has a lot of forms. The most common form is known as UBE(Unsolicited Bulk Email). But, many things are not UBE and yet considered spam by most people, including us. Here are only some of the things we consider as being spam and don`t agree with, but they are more:
Send emails to people who have not specifically requested THAT information from you.
Use email lists that you purchased, rented, leased, or in any way bought from a third party, including email addresses that you purchased via co-registration.
Post irrelevant links to this website in social networks, discussion forums, newsgroups or classifieds sites like Craigslist, Backpage.
Send unsolicited links in messages to people`s inboxes in social networks
Send Unsolicited emails through a third party in order to try to get people to sign up to our managed email list, services or affiliate sites.
Also, if we find that you are spamming, or just trying to spam, using our services or redirecting from other sources of any unsolicited email containing links or direct reference or forging headers to appear as originating from our autoresponder or any of our servers including your hosting account or referencing any of our services, offers, or web sites address, shall be considered a violation of this policy.
We will immediately terminate your account with NO refund option. We will charge you money if your spamming causes any interruptions in our ability to service other customers.
If any of our service or web site would be disrupted in anyway due to SPAM, the responsible party will be charged and billed $250.00 per hour through our representative attorney diligence, until the service is restored. You may also be subject to legal action if appropriate
We are entitled to pursue legal action against you since spamming is not only illegal but also violates our Terms of service agreement.
Customers and Affiliates will be held directly responsible for any complaints arising from subscribers added to their system. The sole opinion of our Company is absolute in determining any and all SPAM violations. We don’t presume guilt. We investigate all potential spam incidents before making a decision. But once we’ve made a decision there is no way back.
We comply with the requirements of the CAN-SPAM and all other applicable laws to unsolicited commercial emails. We send all the required information with the emails header to identify the all our emails as legal and compliant, as required.
